TechSoup Tech Soup is a site that I used to use quite a lot & haven’t for quite some time now. I found this referenced somewhere (link from a link type thing), and it reminded me of the use of the site. This particular forum is looking at emerging technologies, such as Wel 2.0, Web conferencing etc, etc.
The reason for putting in under “Digital Divide” is that as it’s aimed at Non-profit organisations – which are often aiming to reduce the digital divide in both the West & the majority world.
