Mathemagenic: learning and KM insights – Thursday, April 07, 2005This post is one of a series (currently 4), about the use of a blog for research.

This one is a reflection on research notes I have for my research (which wasn’t designed as an ethnography).

The author, Lilia Efimova is working on her PhD, with the goals of:

to achieve better theoretical understanding of knowledge work, resulting in a knowledge work model,

to explore weblogs as a knowledge worker instrument, resulting in a set of practical guidelines for weblog use in a knowledge management context

by studying uses and effects of weblogs for knowledge work

I suspect that this one might well be worth watching, especially if we are thinking of using Blogs with our first years in the future.
