How NOT to use Blogs in Education

Blogsavvy: (James Farmer) summarises a paper that he’s hoping to have accepted for ASCILITE later this year.

I agree with most of the points that he makes, predominantly that a blog is a personal, rather than a group tool.
I know it’s something that others have looked at, but I’ve found few cases of a group blog (other than possibly Primary School Class blogs) that really work as a group project.
